Hotel fees are not included in the registration fee. The following hotels have reserved a limited number of spaces for our participants. The prices listed below include double occupancy rooms. Shuttles will be provided by SBSLC during the conference from the hotels listed below to the conference site. A transportation schedule will be provided during the conference. To receive the following discounted rates you must request SBSLC rates. Tax exempt forms must be presented upon arrival at the respective hotels.

Check in time for all rooms is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon

After the Cut-off/confirmation dates, this hotels reserve the right to release for general sale any unused portion of the rooms blocked.

Conference Participants are welcomed to make their own accomodation plans but the hotels listed above are provided with free transportation.

Only a certain number of rooms have been block at these hotels. Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. It is imperative that the reservations are made under the Southwestern Black Student Leadership Conference in order to receive these discounted rates. Reservations for these discounted rates must be made before December 28. (Holiday Inn must be reserved before December 20)
